Our free workshops are aimed exclusively for Kindergarten groups and school classes aged 5-18 years and can be booked twice free of charge per institution and half-year. There is space for a maximum of 28 people (including accompanying adults) the materials are also included.

The workshops are also suitable for people with physical and / or intellectual disabilities. The entrances and toilets are wheelchair-accessible, and there is a lift in the exhibition space.
For deaf and hard-of-hearing people, we offer workshops accompanied by a sign language interpreter by prior arrangement. Please use the enquiry form for this and let us know your requirements on the form.

As the free workshops are in high demand, we also offer additional fee-based programmes. These can be booked for up to 14 participants for € 130 or from 15 to 28 participants for € 260, including VAT and materials.

To book a workshop, please send us a completed booking enquiry form pdf. (see below) by email to: werkstatt-fuer-kreative@kunstforum-berliner-volksbank.de.

You will then immediately receive a proposed date, which we ask you to confirm by email using the booking confirmation form. The date will be confirmed again shortly, then it is bindingly booked.

Please plan a lead time of at least 5 working days (Mon-Fri) for your appointment.

Would you like to attend a workshop with friends, family or colleagues? Please send us an enquiry with your preferred date, time and number of people and we will send you a suggested date. The conditions for these workshops are € 130 for up to 14 participants or € 260 for 15-28 participants or more, including VAT and materials.

All workshop offers can be cancelled free of charge 5 days before the booked date. In the event of a later cancellation, we will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the relevant price.
