You will receive a booking confirmation with a binding date from us shortly after you have sent your enquiry by e-mail, with the relevant booking request pdf. (see further down) to Stiftung KUNSTFORUM der Berliner Volksbank gGmbH. Please expect a response to your email within, at least, 5 working days (monday-friday). Cancellations can be made free of charge up to five weekdays in advance; in the event of a later cancellation, the relevant price will be charged. The free offers are aimed exclusively at school classes as well as children and youth groups aged 5-18 years.

• A maximum of 12 participants, except for closed school classes, kindergartens or day-care centres, in this case, 28 participants between 5 and 18 years (including companions). There are also one or two art teachers, working material is free.

Additional offers with a charged fee:
The free offer of the Werkstatt für Kreative is used intensively. We, therefore, offer additional services that are subject to a fee.
• A maximum of 12 participants, except for closed school classes, kindergarten or KiTa groups, in which case 28 participants between 5 and 18 years (including companions). Up to 14 participants 119 euros or from 15 to 28 participants 238 euros (incl. VAT), the working material is free.
