Since October, the 35-year-old art historian and cultural manager Sebastian Pflum has strengthened the team of the two managing directors Yvonne Heidemann and Ines Zinsch.

Exhibition on the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. On display are works by Gerhard Altenbourg, Manfred Butzmann, Rainer Fetting, Hubertus Giebe, Konrad Knebel, Wolfgang Leber, Helge Leiberg, Werner Liebmann, Giuseppe Madonia, Wolfgang Mattheuer, Harald Metzkes, Roland Nicolaus, Wolfgang Petrick, Wolfgang Peuker and Stefan Plenkers from the Kunstsammlung der Berliner Volksbank as well as selected public and private loans.

Printing, gluing, punching: summer holiday workshops for children and young people in Berlin and Brandenburg
This summer, the Werkstatt für Kreative der Stiftung KUNSTFORUM der Berliner Volksbank is taking part in two holiday offers for children and young people in Berlin and Oranienburg.
FEZitty
For the second time, the Werkstatt für Kreative is taking part in FEZitty in Berlin’s Wuhlheide. It will be there with creative engagement throughout the summer holidays in the “children’s capital”.

Kids Kreativ
For the first time, the Werkstatt für Kreative will be taking part in the Kids Kreativ holiday camp at the Oranienwerk in Oranienburg from 29 July to 2 August. During the last week of the holidays, 7- to 16-year-olds are given free rein to let their creativity run wild with fun and curiosity.

Hans Laabs (1915-2004) is one of the most influential artists of post-war Berlin. In the circle of Charlottenburg’s artist bohemia, he drove the reconstruction of West Berlin’s cultural scene. On display are works by Hans Laabs and his companions such as Alexander Camaro, Werner Heldt, Jeanne Mammen, Ludwig Gabriel Schrieber, Heinz Trökes and Hans Uhlmann from the art collection of the Berliner Volksbank as well as loans.
